I see a stream - good for kayaking?  fly fishing? wading?   When I was young, I spent my summers on Lake Michigan. I loved water. I've visited now many watery sites - from Rio Chavon, DR to  Idaho' Snake River, Nova Scotia's bays, London's Thames, Paris' Seine, Yellowstone's falls, Maine's coves, La Jolla's beach, and more. At home, I enjoy Michigan's Huron River that flows outside my door.

animalia

landscapes with animals in them??? Yes!

Color

Is color.

Portraits

I like pictures of people doing things and loving the moment.

trees in photos

I love trees.  I am now studying forest acoustics. I will shoot some videos where the biosphere speaks.  Sounds good, doesn't it?

Architecture

Structures are fascinating. Buildings cradle the living and the dead. They speak about basic need as well as culture and climate. There’s cement for living in NYC, pilings for the Keys; snow for the Arctic; temporary spider webs; utilitarian cardboard; creative mole tunnels;  forever caves, platonic and otherwise.

photojournalism, Tania Evans

I write about horses, art, philanthropy and vet medicine - as well as many, many appraisal reports. I also supply photos for many of these magazine articles.

I have added links below to articles.  Below this list of links is a miscellany of published material: a few sample articles; photos that accompanied articles; some websites built using my layout, photos and edits.
